@Bruce, Can you take look that the Russian language code. It would be awesome that we have Russian language for OE. I think in the future, you can set up an language official LOCALE github, we simply contribute our own github. than you officially merge. It is a lot easier to upgrade using a github system.
I can imagine that there are hundreds of languages in the world and if we can, we can support hundreds of language for OE platform, why not.
